The Problem to Solve

Fitzrovia is a vertically integrated development and asset management company focused on class-A apartment buildings across the Greater Toronto Area. Driven by an ambitious agenda to redefine the rental market with purpose-built premium rental buildings featuring top-notch amenities and elevated spaces, Fitzrovia sought out a design partner to re-imagine what a portfolio of real estate brands could look like.

Our Solution

The Garden team modernized the Fitzrovia corporate masterbrand with a visual identity that would live up to their bold vision and bring to life their brand promise: the purveyors of modern nostalgia. In addition to a new logo and brand identity toolkit, including brand colours, typography and photography, our design team also developed a collection of compelling house brands for the premium amenities that would live across all Fitzrovia communities (pool, dog spa, fitness facility).
