Launched in 2015 by one of Canada’s most-respected creative and strategy duos, and still run hands-on by those same Founders - Shari Walczak and Shane Ogilvie - from day one we have endeavoured to be a company that is loved both outside and inside our walls.

Our process is rooted in Creative Problem Solving (CPS), with facilitated sessions, like the DIG, CULTIVATE and THRIVE Workshops, embedded in every phase to ensure we are building the best solutions together.

We live by Jerry Greenfield’s mantra (Ben and Jerry’s), “If it’s not fun, why do it?”, because we know that a joyful, energetic environment is the secret ingredient for generating the innovative ideas that help brands grow.

Shari WalczakChief Strategy Officer

Shari is one of Canada’s most recognized brand strategy experts with over 25 years of professional experience working in categories that span food and pharmaceuticals to fashion and financial services. With both an MS Degree in Creativity and Change Leadership from Buffalo University and an Ivey Honours Business Degree (HBA) from Western University, Shari has built a reputation as a change agent and expert facilitator.

Shane Ogilvie Chief Creative Officer

Recognized on AdWeek's Creative 100 as one of ten global leaders who are reinventing the advertising industry - Shane brings with him over 25 years as a creative leader at some of the most well respected agencies in both Canada and the US. His creative work spans North America’s biggest brands including Bell, Coca Cola, Corona, Tabasco, Audi, Samsung and Budweiser.
