Building a brand house to ignite a rental revolution.

To help newcomer real estate developer, Fitzrovia, in their ambitions to break the rental mold, The Garden reimagined their masterbrand through a lens of modern nostalgia. By pairing a bold identity with high-end amenity branding, the work transformed a real estate portfolio into a new benchmark for purpose-built rental living.

The Problem to solve

Fitzrovia is a vertically-integrated real estate development and asset management company focused primarily on the Greater Toronto Area with broader long-term geographic aspirations. Driven by an ambitious agenda to redefine the rental market with purpose-built premium  buildings featuring top-notch amenities and elevated spaces, Fitzrovia sought out a brand design partner to re-imagine what a portfolio of real estate brands could look like.

Our Solution

We modernized the Fitzrovia corporate masterbrand with a visual identity that would live up to their bold vision. In addition to a new logo and brand identity toolkit, including brand colours, typography and photography, our design team developed a collection of compelling house brands for their premium amenities that would live across all Fitzrovia communities: rooftop pool, dog spa, fitness facility, childhood education centres, and upscale café.
